    In some countries, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery, and you will be notified of the applicable fees. We are not responsible for any additional customs taxes, duties, or other fees.     Import and Export Compliance: We ensure that all international orders comply with import and export laws and regulations of the United States and the destination country. For certain products (such as eyeglass frames made of special materials), we may require additional export permits or declarations.     International Shipping: While we will do our best to ensure the safe arrival of your package, international shipping can be risky due to customs inspections, regulations between shipping companies, and different countries. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your order. If you choose an uninsured shipping method, we will do our best to ensure the safety of your package, but we are not responsible for loss or damage.

    Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information or have any questions about order tracking, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.
