- How do I choose the right frames for me?
When choosing frames, your facial shape and personal style should be your top consideration. Here are some frame selection tips:
Square faces: Choose round or oval frames to soften your facial contours.
Round faces: Choose square or rectangular frames to enhance the appearance of your face.
Oval faces: Almost any shape works well, especially square or round ones.
Heart-shaped faces: Choose frames with a wider base to balance your face’s proportions.

Frame sizes are typically marked on the inside of the frame and include three measurements: frame width, lens width, and temple length. Common size indicators include:
Lens width (usually the width between the lenses). Bridge width (the gap between the lenses of the frame).
Template length (the length of the temple, measured from the frame to the back of the ear).
If you’re unsure of your size, please refer to your existing glasses or measure your face width. You can also contact customer service and we’ll be happy to help you measure and select the right size. - How do I clean my frames and lenses?
Proper cleaning methods help extend the life of my glasses:
Gently wipe the lenses with a glasses cloth; avoid using clothing or paper towels to prevent scratches.
For larger stains, clean the lenses with a mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners to avoid damaging the lenses or frame surface. - How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted and is being processed, we will do our best to ensure timely shipment. Therefore, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Generally, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. - Do you offer international shipping?

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If the frames you received have quality issues (such as damage, scratches, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a return or exchange service.
